My name is Katharina Gröschner, a game artist & painter based in Germany.

I love developing strong visual languages to support a medium’s mechanics and story and
am looking to create games that are as beautiful and impactful as they are fun.

No matter how big or small the project, I am easily excited at the prospect of offering my creative services to the team and do so with much joy and passion.

There is something very special about coming together with a group of people who want to create stories and interactive expierences and I love contributing to that magic.

Painting has been part of my day to day for most of my life as I love capturing the world around me. My works showcase personalities, inner dialogues and moods that are meant to mirror my subconscious to the viewer in hopes of resonating with them.

As much as I enjoy reaching people through my pieces on the canvas I have discovered that making characters come to life and to tell living, breathing stories through the art of animation and video games is something I delight in pursuing just as much and thrive to combine these passions, as similar and dissimilar as they are wherever I can.

On free days I like to pass my time listening to music while sketching or painting and playing tabletop RPGs like DnD. I am an avid fan of story-centric video games and love watching movies, sudoku and try not to miss my wordle.
